Rob Steinwedell
Rob Steinwedell is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Clear Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“CRC”). Mr. Steinwedell oversees all investment activity, capital markets and strategic planning at the firm. Rob has an extensive track record of completing highly complex real estate deals across all major asset classes with a primary focus in the Southern United States.
Rob previously held senior investment positions at private real estate firms focusing on RV park, industrial, office and hospitality acquisitions totaling over 10M SF and $3Bn in value. Rob graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Rhodes College and resides in Austin, TX.
Dennis Artischev
Dennis Artischev is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Clear Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“CRC”). Mr. Artischev is responsible for the overall management of CRC investments and capital, with a focus on asset management and investor relations.
For the past decade, Dennis held senior positions with Affordable Central Texas and Comunidad Partners. Dennis played an integral role in growing Affordable Central Texas’s platform from inception into a 2,000-unit affordable multifamily fund, helping to secure investments from major banks and family offices in Texas. While at Comunidad, Dennis oversaw 4,000 apartment units with an aggregate value of $500M.
Dennis graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Biochemistry and resides in Austin, TX.
Tom Steinwedell
Tom Steinwedell is the Vice President of Clear Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“CRC”). Mr. Steinwedell is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions, project financing and financial analysis at the firm.
Tom brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and finance to CRC. He previously was a senior consultant with Brailsford & Dunlavey, where he focused on public-private partnerships with prominent Universities across the nation.
Prior to his work with B&D, Tom worked at Frost Bank, a $40Bn Texas-based financial institution where he led the origination of $200M in new loans.
Tom graduated from Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business with a B.S.M in Finance and resides in Austin, TX.
